WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS ABOUT GIVING
Giving acknowledges God as the giver of everything we have.
“Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.”
Giving reflects our trust that God will provide for us.
“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eyes are unhealthy, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness!

We also tithe as a church body meaning at least 10% of ALL undesignated donations go directly to missions & outreach!
LIFT CHURCH KC is a registered 501(c)(3) organization so all donations are tax deductible. Your donation constitutes your agreement to relinquish control in accordance with IRS regulation. We use an outside accounting service for accountability so you can have peace-of-mind that your donations and all of LIFT’s finances are handled with the utmost integrity.
